Payments & Refund Policy

1. Payments & Billing

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers such as Stripe, PayPal, or similar processors. By purchasing or subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the applicable one-time fee, monthly plan, annual plan, or custom service agreement. You are responsible for ensuring that payment details are accurate and up to date.

2. Subscription Renewal & Cancellation

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription through the applicable account dashboard or cancellation method provided for your plan. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will continue to have access until that time. Where a dashboard cancellation method is available, cancellations must be completed there to ensure proper processing. If your plan does not include an account dashboard, contact hello@zappify.ai for cancellation instructions.

3. Refunds

Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods, unused time, or failure to cancel before renewal. Refunds are only issued when a duplicate payment is made in error, or when a verified technical issue on our end prevented you from accessing the purchased service. Please contact us if you believe you qualify for a refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method when possible.

4. Custom Implementation Work

Custom strategy, setup, implementation, design, automation, AI agent, CRM, consulting, or done-for-you service fees may be non-refundable once work has begun, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. Scope, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms may be defined in a separate proposal or agreement.

5. Disputes & Chargebacks

By subscribing or purchasing, you agree to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback so we have an opportunity to resolve the issue. If a chargeback is filed, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, access, or services immediately. We may maintain records of customer activity, account creation, login history, billing history, cancellation requests, and support communication for use in resolving disputes.

6. Policy Updates

We may update this Payments & Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, with the date of the last update shown above. Continued use of our service after updates means you accept the revised terms.
